Quick start

Get from signup to your first conversation.

Steps

1. Go to app.connectora-sync.com and register with work email.
2. Confirm your email, then sign in.
3. Name your organization - this becomes the workspace for inbox, WhatsApp accounts, and billing.
4. Land on Inbox. Until WhatsApp is connected, the inbox is empty - that is expected.
5. Open WhatsApp Setup. New orgs use your own Meta Developer App by default — save App ID / App Secret, register the webhook, then connect a WABA.

Suggested first week

1. Connect WhatsApp (BYO Meta app)
2. Sync templates
3. Invite teammates (Growth+) and try the shared inbox
4. Connect a store under Plugins (WooCommerce, Shopify, or Spree) if you want commerce context and automations
5. Explore Contacts, Broadcasts, and Analytics
